DebLin Health Concepts and Associates, Inc., founded in 1994, joins the growing Seaside Healthcare family of behavioral health and substance use programs serving communities across Louisiana, North Carolina, and Georgia. Franklin Roemer, CEO and co-founder of Seaside Healthcare announced the corporation’s expansion into the state of Texas, commenting, “The patient-centric philosophy and high level of care which DebLin Health has been recognized for over two decades of providing needed health services is a strong fit with the mission and values of Seaside Healthcare and our family of programs.
